Dd biting nails

Dd 2.9 years old keeps biting her nails what do I do????

Mine does too. I think mine started towards 4. But to be honest nothing I did stopped her. She'd still do it anyway if I told her not to. But I do it as well and can't stop. So I've kind of given up.
