Bipolar disorder in child

Hi everyone!
To make it short and simple, my daughter is 3 this year, and health visitor & myself worried about her behaviour! :( not as in being naughty! But mental health wise! My daughters dad has bipolar disorder! Mixed personality disorder & ADHD, he's mum also suffers with these & skitsafrinia (can't spell sorry! 🙈)

Anyways! Does anyone's children has this?
Can I ask on signs and symptoms?
My daughter is too young to be diagnosed yet, but she's seeing a specialist, thank you x

Is the Specialist a Paediatrician OP and if so, what have they said? If

I can't speak for anything else but as for bipolar, symptoms don't set in until late teen years at the earliest so you wouldn't have a clue if she did or didn't have that at this age.
