My 32 month old girly has speech delay and attending speech & launguage. She says around 20 words but then doesn't really say them again. Says mummy and daddy all the time and a few more. She has no red flags for autism I am told by speech & launguage (we are still seeing them) and also have seen a peds lady who has said the same. We have a review next week with peds. She attends Pre school 5 mornings which she loves. They said the same.
I've noticed that she has started to on and off walk on her toes, running up and down the garden or kitchen and staring into space and giggling to herself !!

Should I be concerned or is this speech delay??

I'm starting to get very worried.

Is her temperature coming down with paracetamol OP? Temperature that high are a concern.

Yep over weekend had that and now gone. Off the antibiotics now but seems spaced out..maybe needs a couple of days to recover but not sure?
Husband thinks I'm overreacting and says give her a chance to recover; don't jump to conclusions but I'm very worried. 😣
