Title says it all really - mostly just want to work out if it’s normal behaviour!

Up until two weeks ago, my daughter was a really happy little soul. She’s always been quite strong willed but content playing with her toys on the floor or toys in the high chair etc. Also quite happy on walks in her pram & at the few baby classes we do. I mean, she had her moments but overall a happy baba!

Suddenly, it’s like someone has replaced my baby with a two year old. She wakes up crying, has the mother of all meltdowns at each nappy change, cries when I leave the room (I know this is normal), cries to be put into a standing position, cries when in a standing position, cries for 30 minutes at each nap time (previously a very good self settler), throws her food on the floor then cries because it’s on the floor.. the list goes on. She also lasts about 5 minutes in her pram before getting agitated and baby classes are hopeless. For example, sensory, she’s given a prop to use for an activity & then sobs inconsolably when it’s then to be handed back to the leader of the class! Confused But yesterday, she was at my mums for the afternoon & my mum said she was happy as larry & didn’t cry once!

I just feel like a terrible Mum .. why is she so upset with life when she’s with me?! I’ll add that she’s still not crawling or walking & that’s definitely frustrating her. But that can’t be the route of all the crying surely?! Confused

I have a 10 month old to who sounds very similar to this... hates getting her nappy changed/dressed... doesn’t crawl/Walk/pull up yet and gets frustrated at baby groups when she sees other babies moving around..

Have you read the wonder weeks? It’s my bible!! Once my DD is out of a “fussy period” she’s a different baby!!
