Is this normal? She's a lovely baby but she's just sleeps for 95% of the time. DS certainly didn't do this - he was so alert and I worried then because I didn't have a clue as to what to do with him!

Sorry to sound neurotic!

As long as she's feeding normally and not hot or seeming ill then it's nothing to worry about imo.

yes, my now 3 mth old was like this, for about 1-2 weeks at about 3-4 weeks, DS1 was the same, quite odd as we get prepared for constant crying and awakeness, he's making up for it now however!

Ds aged 3.6 is still sleeping, he goes to bed at 7 and has an afternoon nap. I have never known a child to sleep so much and he was asleep about 99% of the time when a baby.

DD is not like this sadly, she is one of those who can live on about 4 hours sleep per day. Argggggggggggggggggggggggghhhhh

my ds used to sleep for 5 to 6 hours at a time during the day at this age. I was bf to so was amazed he could go so long.

ahh those were lovely days
