20 month old behaviour

Hi all I'm hoping for some advice with 20 month old DD.
For context, we moved house 6 weeks ago, and our DS was born 5 weeks ago.
I know these are big changes for her and so are probably the reason for her behaviour (along with her age) and will probably improve with time but I would like some advice on how to deal with things in the meantime
She has become very upset and her mood is easily changeable. I'm not sure whether to describe her outbursts as a tantrum as she cries/moans and drops to the floor but is easily brought out of it and distracted, only to become upset again about something else and the cycle continues.
They don't seem like usual angry temper tantrums to be ignored but I'm unsure what the best way to handle it is?
Thanks in advance

@mude

I have the exact same issue with my 2year old son. I feel your pain I have left him on occasion to scream it out even if he hits his head against the floor. I am trying to see if that works that he sees that his temper tantrum will not get him attention
