My DC2 is 2.2 years and dribbled non stop since he was about 6 months. He has cannot go without a bib for more that 15 minutes without a wet patch appearing on his top. He is due his 2 year check in a couple of weeks at which point I will mention it to the HV but in the mean time can anyone shed some light as to when this phenomenon stopped in their DCs. Ta in advance.

My brother was about 4! Some kids just do it more than others. If he's normal in every other way don't worry about it. I bet you're being paranoid & thinking of Dyspraxia, aren't you?

My ds is 3.5 and he has always been a dribbler. He is getting better now as he is more aware of it, but i wipe his chin a lot still. I think they just grow out of it at diferent stages.

Fourtyplus, how did you guess! I'm a little hormotional at the mo (32 weeks pregnant).
ABitSilly, I seem to remember my cousin dribbling a hell of a lot well into his third year his so I guess I must resign myself to the fact that I'm going to be changing lots of tops and bibs for the next year or so!

Thanks
