He always has a sleep after we get back from school - today a friend was doing the school run, so we waved goodbye to DD and came back in.
I asked if he was sleepy and wanting bed.
He climbed the stairs, wandered to his cot, put his arms up to me to lift him in, and then pulled up his blanket, shoved his thumb in and went to sleep!
He suddenly seems a proper boy!!
