Baby Bouncers

Don't know if this is a silly question but can't seem to find a dtraight answer on google. We got gifted a bouncer from someone whose baby had outgrown it, but it doesn't have any head support. My LO is 5 weels old and very alert and I really want to put him in it to make a change from either being on our laps or in his basket. My question is, does it have to have a head support for a very young baby, or not? I don't want to bave to wait a few more months before he can hold his head to use it, so if so I'll just buy a new one

When you say bouncer, do you mean a floor chair bouncer? A 5 week old needs the support around their heads/necks. Personally wouldn’t use it with out the head support. Could you look online to see if you can buy the support separately?

Yeah that sort of bouncer. Ok I thought that was probably the case. I will have a look online. Thanks!
