Since going back to work 9 months ago my husband and I gave up trying to get our daughter back into her own bed when she woke up at night. At first it was fairly infrequent, she was a great sleeper and slept through, but now it is every night!
She wakes between 1-5am and instead of trying to settle her, I have tried, I take her into bed with us. When, intermittently I do have the energy to try and settle her it doesn’t seem to work, even after an hour or so of trying. And I honestly can’t do this when I’m in work the next day.
Any advice of how to break this habit will be gratefully received.
