Activities for 8 month old

Hi all,

Looking for things to do with an 8 month old who’s not on the move yet..

We currently:

  • Play with toys
-Watch movies -Read books -I will sing rhymes -Baby group once a week -Walk in the pram

She doesn’t crawl yet but can sit unaided.

What about swimming? I also take mine in sling when I go shopping ...he loves to look around

Agree with lovely. Mine loved swimming and going in the sling, especially if was was doing something interesting like cooking.

Does your library have any activities on too? Ours holds a couple of sessions a week.

Have you tried Play Doh, a sensory tub or finger painting too?

The main thing I liked was to go to output local NCT Bumps and Babes. It was more for me than the baby though. I got to have a Brew and some adult conversation Smile
