Is this a stage - does anyone else's son like girly things.

Well the problem is he makes a much better girl than his twin sister, big full lips and long legs whilst his sister is more stocky. (grin) I just wondered if this is a tell-tale sign and I should start preparing his father?

I'd let him have it if I were you. There's nothing to suggest he wants to be a girl - he just wants something that's aesthetically pleasing to him. My South African friend was horrified when she found out that my ds had a baby doll and a pushchair and used to wear my heels - he now likes "boy" things. Still, there's plenty of time to change again

There was a thread about pink shoes a while back - someone's ds wanting a pair. Don't remember a follow up so I don't know if he got them. I have an idea he was 3 too.

Could he not just borrow his sister's one for a bit? Get her a new one, then when he gets fed up she has two!
