Hello my 10 week premature baby is nearly 8 months old.
Daytime naps are on me or when I take her for a walk in the pram.
Night time I rock her to sleep she’s goes down and sleeps well. She does wake but white noise and patting her belly she will go back. When she has a bottle in the night she goes back down wide awake and self settles back to sleep.
My problem is if I put her down in the day she screams and I don’t let her cry I can’t do it.
Has anyone got any tips for me to get her nap not on me please.
I’m trying to get her to go down at night with rocking this is Work in progress.
