Sweating when feeding

Hi everyone

New to this but need some advice- first time Mum!
My 6 month old baby girl sweats ALOT only on her head when she's being fed (bottle).
So much so her hair is dripping wet but doesn't feel hot on the rest of her body.
Anyone else experienced this? Something to worry about or normal?

My DS is/was exactly the same. I have no idea why but even now at 14mo old he can sweat really badly. He’s just a hot babySmile
