So my 4.5 year old daughter has become a nightmare, I’m sad to say it but I really don’t like her at the moment.
If she doesn’t get her own way she just screams all the way to pre-school or the Childminder’s - the childminder said she was punching her yesterday & screaming through the door when she was out for time out. She laughs in my face when I try & talk to her, or simply ignores me - it’s like talking to a wall! She even walked into our room last night at 12.30 and started... what’s this all about? She was so lovely, strong & funny character but her attitude stinks at the moment! I partly feel she is bored, she turned 4 in September & im hoping school will help to keep her more busy(I hope) we have 7 months to go... wish me luck!!ha ha.

I went though that stage with my now 5.5 year old, at 4 I thought things would be easier as she'd started reception, hell no, 4-5 was awful, just keep your lines in the sand drawn firmly, give her a warning and if the behaviour carried on, follow through, dd developed "bratittute" at 4, she still has her moments but in the whole it's so much easier now.
