Stoppy & Dominant 18 Month Old

Hi

Im in a plea of any advice or tips.... I have an 18 month old who I would say 80% of the time cries and strops! If it isn't for food it's for anything which isn't going her own way.

The only way to please her is by giving her constant snacks... I give her nothing but healthy snacks i.e. fruit but shes now skipping lunch & dinner or only picking out the bits she wants to eat.

I am trying a bit of tough love but saying no, keeping to a routine but I can't stand the crying much more! Safe to say she is absolutely draining me.

I work FT, and I am really finding it hard to get the balance. Or find the joy in spending time with her when she is with me because all she does is cry.....

Any tips would be most welcome!

Thanks,
Leanne

Is she mobile and how's her speech?

Also, how's her sleeping?

She has walked since she was 1, her speech is developing. But I would say she is usually baby bable....

She sleeps from 19:00 - 6am. she has odd nights where shes restless but usually a really good sleeper.
