Help! Nearly 7 year old girl is violent, verbally abusive, destructive and 'dirty' ( deliberately wees on floor etc). Where do I go for help?

The title says it all, really. These are daily occurrences. No similar behaviour at school, though. I can't see a way to improve it at home despite following all the readily available advice on the internet and it's been this way for 6-9 months. Is the GP my first point of call? I know that CAMHS are overstretched/under-resourced already. Would I be better off seeking a private assessment and if yes by whom?
Thanks for any practical advice.

I think all services are over stretched to be honest. What do you think is the root cause? Has a traumatic event happened? Have they always been this way so could be Sen? This might affect who you go to for advice. If I’m honest, if you have the money go private.

Oh and advice would be good from your school Senco or pastoral team. Are they already involved?

Ask your go for areferral to a parent practioner. There really good and will help coping strategies for you and it’s one on one. They can help aswell for refferals if there needed. Also ask to try Webster-Stratton it’s really good aslong as you stay optermistic and open minded.
