Son obsessed with bums & poo

My 4 yr old son makes remarks about poo, wee, trumping, bums, bum holes, smells and so on. Any remarks fill him with glee! I have no idea what's inspired him to do this or another child he may have learnt it off. Help! Is this a passing phase?! Any suggestions on making this stop? It's mortifying thanks

As a mother of three boys. They all do this. My 7 year old is still at it.
Wouldn't worry but just correct him every time ( not that it made much difference to my kids!)

Oh no, it's not just you. I have been silly poo-poo mummy for ages. Also 4 years.

My 4yo niece is also obsessed. She likes to sing songs about poo, I don't know where she gets them from.

My 4 year old son also finds anything to do with wee/poo/bums etc funny!

I guess it must just be a 4 year old thing
