Accident-prone

Anyone's elses child accident prone? My dd age 2.8 seems to be always falling over. Last week she fell over and head-butted a tree, today she fell down the stairs and then nearly fell off our bed. Luckily we have escaped so far with only cuts and bruises, but the way she is going I really feel she will do herself a serious injury. She was diagnosed with dislocated hips at birth, but was discharged by the hospital by 18 months as we were told she was fine, but I am worrying that there may be something there. ANy advice welcome.

Yes my dd I think she is just too interested in other things than actually watching what she is doing tbh.
She is forever staring behind her or not concentrating and falling off, over whatever.
She is a little better now she is 3 1/2 now and does concentrate a bit more but there are times when she is so distracted she still goes ass over elbow.

my dd is 18 months and known for her total lack of spatial awareness!

she can be known to just randomly fall over from a standing start.

i don't worry about it, she's big for her age and well padded and rarely is it a big deal and luckily, so far, she hasn't hurt herself overly.

my 13yr old niece is the same altho she's stopped just falling down at random!

it does drive me nuts tho!
