5 week old wont burp

My 5 week old daughter, will not burp!! I have tried going threw all the positions and even gripe water, nothing seems to work and then she stays up because she is uncomfortableHmm. Any suggestions as to how i could make her burp, she is currently on aptamil comfort milk to help her pass stools and help settle her stomach as suffers with reflux.
