Help me sleep train!

So DD is coming up to 11 months now and I would really like to get her sleeping independently. Since newborn bedtime routine has been bath, book, nurse to sleep. Every time she wakes up I feed her back to sleep. I know she doesn't need the night time nursing because she just nuzzles she doesn't drink. We have ferberized a little to get her to nap independently, but she will only go for 25 minutes on her own. On me she will nap for 1,5 hours twice a day.

We are currently renovating upstairs bedrooms so sleeping in the same room as her. Should I just start using ferber method at night too? Will that be impossible since I'm in the same room? Should the transition be gradual or just rip the bandaid off? Advice greatly appreciated!

Have a look at Dr Jay Gordon’s night Weaning methods. I think it’s more in tune with a Bfing relationship Xmas Smile
