I really enjoyed Tiny Talk - google it - it’s sign language where you learn and sing songs etc for 30 mins then have a chat for 30 mins. I liked learning something new and also had the opportunity to talk to other
Mums.

Baby Sensory - again, google is your friend - was also good especially when DS was very little. Lots of lights, sounds etc.

I also really enjoyed a six week baby massage class I did - it made me feel more confident handling and calming DS and again I met mums there with small babies.

I’m due DC two next year and will be signing up to all three again.

I went to local playgroups. I also did brief stint at Sing & Sign, which I think is a bit like Tiny Talk. I loved the baby massage course, your local Children”s centre might run those, if it’s not been closed yet!

The one I loved though was Monkey Music. The woman who ran it was brilliant. Also loved the local NCT Open House. You can find local NCT Groups here. You don’t need to be a member and you don’t have to attended the Antenatal courses.

Check out your local Children’s Centre for Groups near to you. Our library runs Groups Aand has a big folder full of info on local groups and services, so that might be worth checking too. Your local swimming pool might also run Parent & baby sessions.

It took me a while to find Groups which we both liked, but loved the ones I eventually settled on Xmas Smile

Oh and dare I say it, Netmums will have loads of listings of groups local to you. Sorry MNHQ.
