MIne are older now but at that age they would roughly have breakfast at 7am lunch at 12 noon, then nap for about 1.5 hours, tea at 5 with the family and asleep by 7pm with snacks and bfs in between.

Thank you for the reply. I'm just unsure at the minute as she had hour and half nap in afternoon yesterday and was awful through the night and same happened when she had a 2 hour nap the other day so do you think I should be limiting her to an hour nap in the afternoon?

I personally very wouldn’t limit naps too much at this age, they need them for brain development and the awful nights could be completely unrelated. Things like starting to walk or starting to talk can affect sleep.

Thank you for the advice.do you know how much daytime naps she should be having at this age?

Mine had one which was a minimum of 1.5 hours which equals two full sleep cycles. If you can get a copy of the No Cry Sleep Solution I think there is a table of how much sleep they should get.
