She is good 70% of the time and I do praise good behaviour but omg naughty is down right horrendous.
She smacks and pulls hair she runs off or she completely ignores me
I have tried naughty step which just ends up in a game of her running off and me picking up and putting back.
I'm starting to get so upset as she just fights me .
I talk to her saying we don't smack etc and she says it back "mustn't smack Emily" and then she will get carried away with playing and smack or pull hair.
Please give me helpful suggestions
