Guilt about playtime

Does anyone anyone else have guilt about not having enough stimulating playtime with baby? I have a 10 month old DD, we go to swimming classes once a week, one or two days we go to be class, we go shopping one day and at least once she will see her grandparents. Grandma is pretty much like a walking teddy bear so sure she gets a lot of stimulation there! When we're at home baby seems happy crawling around on her own, i read books to her at intervals throughout the day, play a little peekaboo and play with her toys when she seems happy to interact. I make sure to talk to her throughout the day. I worry if I'm doing enough to stimulate her development. Sometimes I'm just too tired! I hear about mums doing classes every day, sometimes two and I hope I'm not denying her anything. DD is generally happy and easy going but I can't help but wonder...

Those classes are more for the parents' benefit - a chance to chat to other adults or to have some sort of routine while off work. A baby will be happy enough pottering about at home or going out to a shopping centre or whatever.
