My 3yo boy who enjoys snuggles and is affectionate, has recently refused to kiss me and this has now escalated to not hugging me because "mummy has spots". Heartbroken, but mostly confused. I do suffer with sever acne, however it is not a topic of conversation at home. My boy has regular contact with people who have physical differences and does bat an eye lid. Im unsure how to react to his refusal to hug/kiss a spotty mummy. Any advice please
