31 month old DS can't sit still

My DS is always wants to run about while trying to encourage him to take part in activities including sit down to watch a paw patrol show, when ever at places he just wants to run about, in house he won't sit down for More than 30mins, just keeps running about, has anyone got any experience in helping toddlers who just won't sit down

I wouldn't expect any toddlers to sit down for more than 30mins!
It isn't your little one with a problem, it is your expectations.

Toddlers don't generally sit for more than ten minutes tops!
