3 month old skin query?

DS is nearly 3 months. He isn’t over bathed but appears to have some patches of dry-ish skin, plus places in between skin folds which look dry too. Should i use a moisturiser, if so which? Or other suggestions?x

My little boy is v similar! I use either aqueous cream or E45, they seem to help!!
