my 2 year old has been basically crying non stop since she got up. I think she is teething but it's never bothered her before. She wont eat any thing I've even tried soup through a straw for her and small bits of bread but it's a no go. She's dribbling everywhere and is soaking her tops right through any advice? She really is not happy and I could cry for her she seems in a lot of pain and she's had paracetamol and ibuprofen.

Try a freezing a wet cloth and let her chew it, sometimes the cold helps, and chewing can help. you could call dentist or NHS 24 xx
