Language development 15 months

I'm worried.

My 15 month old DD2 had 3 words at 13 months and has lost 2 of them. She hasn't added any more words.

My 2.9 year old dd1 is autistic.

I was checking DD2's red book last night and at her 9-12 month check she scored 25/60 for communication and there's a note saying a follow up is required. The HV did come back but for DD1 not DD2 as far as I can remember and there's no more notes written.

Should I ask the HV to come back or am I 'just panicking' as my mum seems to think?

Yes ask her to come back, not because anything is necessarily wrong but to put your mind at ease and stop you worrying. I'm sure they won't mind and will probably be grateful for the reminder.

Thanks, I have asked her now and she's popping over Tuesday so hopefully I can get some reassurance!
