20 month old development

My Ds was seen by a community paead last week due to his development. I want to outline some of the main concerns and here what you think.
No speech
Lack of understaning like won't bring cup when asked
No pretend play
Will only play games such as turning lights on/off open and close doors and stacking blocks
Doesn't seem to notice other children

Forgot to say hearing test fine and he used to say mamma and dada

Hi! My daughter is 20 months old and she does do these things but all kids are different and that doesn’t mean he won’t start to do all these things any time soon.
What did the doctor say?

That's very true. Ive chosen not to say what the doç says as I don't want it clouding ppls opinion on this

Three of the things you mention are asked about on the M-Chat questionnaire, and I know that no speech can also be a flag. So it sounds like autism is a possibility?
