How much formula? HELP PLEASE

Hello.

My nephew is 1 day old.
He was 7 pound 3 oz at birth.
Two weeks early. Suction birth

At the moment.
Formula feeding.
He was having 20 mls every 3 hours yesterday
Today 25mls every 3 hours.

But how often do you go up in mls.

It says online its 28 ml to 1 scoop.

So is that one scoop of formula untill his taking 56mls?

Sorry at the moment his on pre made bottles at the hospital.

Could you ask one of the MWs how much you should be feeding and how often?

All LO are different, if you’re unsure ask your midwife or even your health visitor that’s what they’re there for! My LO went up when he turned a month. You go by your baby really. My son used to have 20ml every 2 hours to begin with then slowly and gradually went up a little bit until the first - second month we had more of a routine x
