What class would suit my 5yr old son?

Hi

I have a very active and bouncy 5 year old boy! He seems to love doing tumbles, jumping and is very very springy.

The only thing is that he is quite a distracted little boy with a fairly short attention span! He loves being silly and although I love about him it does prove to be challenging sometimes. He is also a little fidgety at times although I notice at school he sits on the carpet beautifully!

I'm wondering what sort of class would suit him best. We have tried mixed martial arts, he quite liked that but I am also wondering about gymnastics too.

Any suggestions/ ideas or advice appreciated!

Thank you

How did he actually do in MMA? did he listen, most of the parkour/gymnastics/acro stuff which sound appropriate do all require quite a bit of listening and respect of the rules for safety sake.

But if he can do it parkour/freerunning or gymnastics/acro would all seem appropriate.
