My little one barely drinks. I'd say half a tommee tipee free flow cup of water a day, so maybe 100ml. He usually had two sips at a then a few gulgs before bed. I'm still breastfeeding him ( a lot) so thinking he's feeding instead of drinking?!

My 18m old probably does about 600mls a day plus one or two bottles of milk.

If he has lots of wet nappies he must be hydrated from the milk/water combined. My one year old is FF so I noticed him being more interested in drinking water when I started to cut down his formula and replace it with blue milk or water in a sippy cup. Prior to that he would play more with the water and shake it!

My 15mo drinks between 4 and 6 doidy cups-worth of water a day, plus a straw cup of water (300ml?) and 100-200ml milk. She sometimes is extra thirsty so may drink another straw cup of water, and some days will have more milk if she has cereal for breakfast.
