Birth to Five

Hi all - My health visitor mentioned today that they used to give out a book called from Birth to 5 to all parents. However due to cuts they stopped doing this. I heard it was really useful. Does anyone know how I can get old of a copy or where I can download a copy or buy it? Thanks x

It comes up if you type 'birth to five' into google, hopefully the link will work and then you can download each chapter.

My HV mentioned it to me when she did her antenatal visit, I read some of it and then forgot everything.
