7 year old-attitude and tantrums

DD is 7, she's lovely at school-some anxiety-sees the emotional wellbeing coordinator.

At home she is awful, constant tantrums, screaming, slamming doors, hitting herself, refusing to get dressed/do her teeth. She won't sleep in her room and can't get herself to sleep. If she starts off in her room she comes in to mine by midnight.

I don't know what to do.

Not a great deal of advice but my dd was v similar at 7. Now at 8 she is much better.

It all seems to be rooted in anxiety. Can you get to the bottom of what is worrying her?

Is there a reason that she can't sleep in your bed for a while? Mine did and that seemed to diffuse some of the other issues.

She sleeps with me every night. I don't make an issue of it. I'm just so tired of the constant fighting.
