3 year old convinced she hasn't slept

My 3 year old has begun waking up in the morning, for the last 3 weeks approx - and is adamant she hasn't slept all night

She tells me this 'I haven't slept all night' - is convinced of it, and if say yes of course you has slept, will argue with me and shout - so I've tended to say right, ok - and distract her

Has anyone else experienced this? - I assume it's a phase and no need to take her to the GP - as she clearly has slept 8-10 hours each time, it just seems like a strange child thing that will probably pass as quickly as it started? She isn't showed more signs of tiredness than usual and no other particularly strange behaviours

Bless, she sounds middle aged! Grin I'm sure it's fine...just a quirk of development where she's begun to remember the last moments of being awake and then next thing..she's awake again.
