Rash on LO's chest

My LO has a little cluster of blisters on his chest that have burst and scabbed over. It's localised to this area and doesn't seem to be causing hin any discomfort. I've been scouring the internet but can't find anything that fits with what he has. Does anyone have any idea what this might be before I take him to GP?

Shingles? It is normally localised on one side of the body as it follows the line of a nerve

I did think that my LO hasn't had chickenpox so it's unlikely. I guess a trip to the GP is in order. Thanks Pixie x
