DS is 13 months. He is a gorgeous sweet tempered little thing that I love beyond compare, but he is a bit of a biter and it is getting me down.
It's mostly due to frustration or annoyance, for example if he really does not want his nappy changed or if I don't pick him up quickly when he wants it, but he can also bite when he gets excited when we are playing.
It's really starting to get me down and make me feel angry as it seriously hurts and I'm currently sporting around a dozen bruises.
I do try and stop it by holding him so he can't bite, or distracting him if he appears to be about to bite. If he does bite I immediately lay him on his back on the floor and say 'no' firmly. He is worse when he is teething but things don't seem to be improving.
Any ideas on how to deal with this?
