ADHD concerns

I think my 11 year old step son may have ADHD & I'm not sure if I should broach this with my Dp.
He's extremely bright but with very bad handwriting & has a pronounced speech impediment.
He is able to sit and read quietly.
But, he only sleeps about 7/8 hours a night.
He's very clumsy and has no fear or concept of danger.
He climbs & sits on furniture & interrupts people constantly.
He's tiny but eats all the time & always wants & takes food from everyone else's plates. At 11 he has no real concept of politeness or boundaries.
He also doesn't take instruction or correction on board.
He's a lovely pleasant kid but if playing something like soccer he becomes viscous - kicking & biting all the while laughing.
Up until now I was putting it down to age & different parenting styles between me & Dp on the one hand & his dm on the other.
However I feel he's a bit old now for this to be 'normal' & his two older brothers are nothing like this.
He gets told off mildly but it's never taken on board.

My own kids were never like this so I'd appreciate any insights anyone may have as my kids are now commenting on his behaviour & are getting fed up with it.
