I am worried about my daughter who turned 2 last month & not speaking yet. She can say mummy, daddy, bye, common, & maybe 4 other words but no sentences at all. I dont know what to do. & she seems to have a deep voice.
Also, she likes putting her hands down her nappys touching herself.
She also sucks the back of her left hand.
All of these bad habits i dislike but i don't know what to do.

No 2 and 3 perfectly normal: I would gently dissuade 2 and distract her, ignore 3. No 1 (the speech)- ask your HV. This may be a matter for concern. No connection between speech and the other two. I remember my dd aged 2 at the dinner table suddenly shoving her hand down her pants and then into her mouth, then cheerfully announcing "it doesn't taste very nice". I suppose she learnt something...
