22 month old doesnt say any words

She Will say Mama very rarely and makes a "guh" noise along with her screeching. She hardly responds to her name but will run to the freezer when I mention ice pop for instance so i don't think there's a thing wrong with her hearing. If I shout her name she just carries on whatbshes doing. If it's something ahe shouldn't be doing I have to go to her and being her away. I don't know if shes just ignoring me but i could say her name 20 times and she wont even look at me. Sometimes it sounds like she says a word like for her aunty Tracey she will say "gaygee" is this a good sign? Could she be beginning to learn how to talk? She doesn't make any animal noises. Nothing. Should i be concerned? Her older sister was speaking in sentences at this age.

Yes, I think you should be a bit concerned. First stop would be your health visitor or if the is one a SALT drop in session. Have you had a look at the M CHAT test on line?
