Finger walking

My 19 month old is delayed with her gross motor skills. She never crawled and is a bum shuffler. For maybe a month all she wants to do is walk around holding my fingers, always both fingers and instantly stops walking if you make her only hold one, even though I'm certain she doesn't need to hold both and it's all in her head.
If your little one was a finger walker, how long did it go on?! I'm 21 weeks pregnant and I'm pretty sure my spine is going to snap. We do it for hours every day and it's driving me insane, but at the same time I really want to encourage her to walk as much as possible to build her confidence.

My friends two dc both did this for weeks and weeks I'm afraid. Have you tried a push along trolley that she can hold onto.

In the same boat with DD2. She's 16mo and has been finger walking since 11 months. We've got it down to one finger but actual walking is not happening. Though she'll walk a mile at a time holding on. So so frustrating! DD1 walked at 11 months.

She won't walk with a trolley, cries if I try and encourage her. I think it's partly because it offends her if I sit down or look at all comfortable or relaxed.
We have had a bit of progress, she will now walk a bit holding only one hand and will also walk a few steps from the sofa into my arms on her own. It's really slow but we're progressing.
Her speech on the other hand is going amazingly well, new words every day, never shuts up Smile
