lol, surely they wont pull it will they??

both of you deserve to be shut out the kitchen

i also wanna know how a 2 year old can figure out a stair gate?? dd is intelligent but unless she was shown what to do she wouldnt have a clue!!

and as for climbing, i let her do it and tell her 'i told you so' when she falls, given up trying to stop her!

buktus · 28/03/2007 16:47

why did she post if she didnt want to read people's advice?
this is soooooo over the top

adath · 29/03/2007 20:45

I did snigger a bit at the reporting done thing it was way OTT.....but I am a soppy cow and I really do feel for her. I remember being new to forum land too. She realy should have put in all the info because common sense does suggest that stairgates and things are going to be suggested.

and call me daft if you want I still feel sad for mm22bys I have been where she is with the toddler and the sik baby as I'm sure others here have been and it is hard work sharing your time between both as best you can does leave you wrecked and stressed out and I bit everybody's head off that even shared my air space at times.

See soppy cow.

I did think that thread was very funny but I didn't like to snigger in case I got told off too

morningpaper · 29/03/2007 21:00

LilRedWG : MN can be extremely warm and fluffy when needed. The rest of the time, it's just plain honest, which is why we all value it so much!

Hear, hear

NorksBride · 29/03/2007 21:32

Tutter - thanks for re-aquainting me with the phrase "what the jiggins".

I just know I'll be saying it constantly for days and days until someone punches me.

Dinosaur · 29/03/2007 21:35

OH FGS.

I think that Mumsnet is just wasted on some people.

Poor Twiglett and Custy.

Jennylee · 29/03/2007 21:44

justice for Twiglett and custy - they shall not be silenced

its only mumsnet the op should 'calm down dear, it's not real life'

Whizzz · 29/03/2007 21:45

Can we add another T shirt to the shop

"Twig & Custy are INNOCENT"

Saggarmakersbottomknocker · 29/03/2007 21:49

So what happened?

Did you both get a Smacked Bottom?

Or an after school detention?

elasticbandstand · 29/03/2007 22:04

bed with no supper for you!

Whizzz · 29/03/2007 22:09

I bet they had to sit on the naughty step, one minute for every year of their life

hatwoman · 29/03/2007 22:18

pmsl at the T-shirt idea. the only person I;ve ever reported has been myself. I didn;t bother informing anyone that I'd done it.

Oblomov · 29/03/2007 22:24

Oh dear are Twiglett and Custy on the naughty step ?
For one minute of their lives ?

It's a shame that we won't beable to enjoy their common sense posts for another.... three weeks thursday - that's assuming I have calculated it right - age x minutes in a day

Daft - is just that daft!! But every one is their own person and i've seen others on here blow up over less.

And actually mumsnet is supposed to be open to all. Fluffy bunnies should be allowed as well. You can't just go storming round behaving as you like just because there are always high spirited discussions here and everyone else can just deal with it or bugger off somewhere else - that's too much like high school crap!! Just my opinion though!!!

GeorgieVickyLou · 29/03/2007 23:10

Ha ha, haven?t been on here for months, thought I?d have a little peak at what was going on. Forgot what I was missing . . this is madness. Love it.

(took me months to wean my self of this site ? 1 hour and I?m hooked again!)
