4 year old lashing out

I need some advice. My son is 4 and struggled the whole time in nursery. He lashed out at children all the time and I would often get called to collect him early because of his behaviour. He doesn't listen all the time at home, but doesn't lash out at me. He also has this very loving side which I see constantly. He sees his dad every other weekend where his dad spoils him, buys him whatever he wants, let's him stay up to whatever time he likes and teaches him silly stuff like calling people boogie brains, poo head, etc. His dad was violent and abusive with me for years and I left him when our son was 4 months old. I took him to sports camp this week during the holidays and I had to pick him up early and was told I wouldn't be able to bring him back due to him spitting at another children and hitting. This now means my job is in jeopardy because I have no one to have him and can't go to work. To also throw another spanner in the works I'm pregnant with twins, I've been with my partner for a year but said earlier he thinks my son has sadist personality disorder and is worried what he'll be like when they gets here. I know my son struggles with social situations but no way do I think he has SPD he's far to loving. Sorry for the long post. I'm really at my wits end and my heads a total mess with everything going on.
