It's driving me up the wall.

Has been eating a sandwich made with 2 piece of bread for 45 fucking minutes.

She's not adidas eater. It's food she likes. No she's not finished I ask her I don't make her eat everything on her plate.

She picks bits off that are about 1mm big I'm not exaggerating.

When we have somewhere to go and have other stuff to do, like most of the time, it makes me so angry I have to leave the room before I loose it at her.

Particularly annoying taking over an hour to eat breakfast. And she's often taken so long to eat food by the time we finish breakfast and get out the door she says 'I'm hungry' well yes you took so long to eat breakfast it's nearer lunch.

Please give me advice on what to do before I smash up the kitchen!

I've tried a timer btw when I go to take the food away after its gone off she wails she hasn't finished and is hungry.

Think you might have to be firm. Our DD took ages to eat but was fussy too. In the end we let her have 10 minutes after we had finished and then said tea time is over and cleared everything away.

If she is going to school soon she will miss out on playing with friends at lunchtime if she takes ages to eat.
