Hi, we have one 11 year old girl, we recently gave her my old phone however it would appear that shes using it inappropriately on two occasions I've read text messages to her friends which I can only describe as being rude . If someone doesn't reply straight away she takes it personally I have explained they could be busy, phone is switched off etc, she also says how she feels about other children via text again I've told her that these messages could be misunderstood or passed onto other people which would make her look very rude . I know that she deletes a lot of texts but she said thats because she doesnt like clutter and a build up of texts???
How do you monitor your kids on their phones? and explain how they need to be careful with what they send to others?
Her phone doesn't have Whats app , Snap Chat or anything like that .
