Baby rash

Hello my son has developed a rash on parts of his body including his scalp which is really flaky has anyone else got the same problem with their baby and can anyone recommend how to get rid of this please. Many thanks

How old is he? Can you describe the rash and where it is a bit more?

It's all over his body now and it's red he has it on his cheeks too

I'd take him to the doctors. If it's all over his body it's best to get it looked at by a doctor for peace of mind
