4 month growth/development spurt??

Hi, my lo is almost 4 months & for the last few days she seems to be way more unsettled than usual. She had her 3rd lot of injections earlier this week so at first I assumed she was unsettled due to that, however I've heard at 4 months they go through a major growth & development stage. She has slept through the night since around 2 months but has now started waking at around 4am. She also seems very colicky. Do you think this could be the growth spurt or maybe due to injections? Has anyone also experienced this & if so how long did it last?

Growth spurts occur a number of times during the first few years, especially in the first few weeks and months.

In the first week generally they occur 1st week, 3rd week, 6th week, 8th week and then 3 months, 6 months and 9 months.
