My 12 week old's toilet habbits for poops are normally atleast twice a day. Lately for the past few days to a week I've been lucky to get one!!
They're still a yellowish colour and regularly soft however he did one yesterday that seemed a tiny bit hard to begin with but then all normal and soft and he did one today which was one acorn sized ball and that was it!! He didn't sound in pain or anything and the only reason I realised he'd even done a poop is because of the smell where as usually he'll make loud grunting noises haha -
I made sure to put cream around his bum just incase. Is this normal? What's the time frame before I should seek a doctors advice?

Is you LO on formula or breast milk? My Lb is on formula and was the same when he was young but after 4 days there was usually a poop explosion to make up for it. i think you can wait a few days unless they seem in pain or their belly feels hard.if they are on BM I think they can go even longer without pooping.

He's on anti - Reflux formula, oh really phew!! his tummy doesn't feel hard so I'll keep an eye on that. Thank you xx
